The Alexander Technique -- Living Pain Free

Have you considered that your symptoms of chronic pain, muscle tension and stress may be caused by the way in which you use your body in daily activity?

The Alexander Technique is an educational method that teaches you the skills necessary to recognize and change harmful habits of movement and posture that interfere with the body's proper functioning and overall health and well-being.

In this workshop, participants explored the Alexander principles and discovered how to apply these common-sense concepts to basic, everyday movements. By getting the mind and body to work together as one, they learned to unravel tension, improve posture, solve movement problems, reduce stress, relieve pain and discomfort, and prevent injury.
